ICT Support
Our client in the manufacturing and distribution of food product's industry is looking to bring in 2 ICT Support Staff to help manage their growing demands.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide support for hardware, software and network-related issues
- Install and configure all ICT-related hardware, software, and networks
- Assist in and contribute to the execution of ICT projects
- Maintain documentation for ICT inventory and processes
- Handle other general ICT-related tasks and responsibilities
- A valid B Driver's license
- Hands on experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft office 365 and dynamics 365 is a plus
- Familiarity with Sophos XG Firewalls and Sophos Intercept X Security is a plus
- Familiarity of networking, managed switches and patch panels is a plus
