Application Support Officer

Our established software house client is urgently recruiting for bright and ambitious Software Application Support Officer to join their growing team! You will be joining a team that has an excellent client portfolio. 

*This role requires the candidate to be based in Malta and to have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to a wide variety of clients.
• Understand and anticipate client's software needs
• Implement and configure software
• Provide excellent troubleshooting and resolution in a timely manner
• Focus on learning new software as it emerges
