MNA Group Ltd is looking to expand its team with the addition of a motivated and ambitious Planning Architect (Perit) to join our growing property development division, working on a wide range of residential and mixed-use developments across Malta.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a stable and established developer involved in multiple ongoing and upcoming projects, offering long-term career growth and hands-on involvement throughout the development process.

The selected candidate will be involved in:

• Managing planning applications and development permits

• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors

• Liaising with the Planning Authority and other authorities

• Assisting in project planning, design development, and execution

• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders

• Contributing to the delivery of high-quality residential developments
