Senior Business Analyst

Our reputable client is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join their growing team in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to document existing processes.
• Recording and verifying root cause issues.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the business.
• Resolving any resistance or conflicts so that innovative solutions are implemented.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues and creating a continuous improvement mindset.
• Analyzing processes, conducting walk-throughs and reviewing processes.
• Testing revised processes as well as writing test cases and test plans.
• Working on multiple projects at once.
• Maintaining status reports.

• Capable of identifying and prioritizing operational improvements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Between 3-4 years of previous work experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• This role is open to candidates who are coming either from an IT, Finance, Business and/or Change Management background.

• Degree in Business, IT or Finance.
