Project Manager / Project Management Officer

Our client, operating in the IT industry, is looking for two different levels of Project Managers and Project Management Officers, to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Defining the appropriate implementation approach for each project.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Developing and executing project communication plans.
• Creating and managing risk and quality management plans.
• Managing project constraints, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
• Providing status updates to executive sponsors and key stakeholders as required.
• Leading project teams and addressing HR-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with the Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementations is an advantage.
• Professional certification in project management methodologies such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or PMI. Candidates who have completed relevant certification training will also be considered.
• Exceptional time management, stakeholder engagement, team facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering effective solutions.

• Minimum 3 to 7 years’ of experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably in the ERP sector, for medium to large clients.
• Professional certification in project management methodologies such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or PMI. Candidates who have completed relevant certification training will also be considered.
