Project Manager - ERP Implementation

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our client's project delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile ERP implementations on a globally recognised platform, working in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, support pre-sales activities, and play a key role in ensuring successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects for medium to large clients.
• Define and tailor the most appropriate implementation methodology for each engagement.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality, and risk across projects.
• Monitor, track, and report on project progress to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage communication, risk, and quality plans.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and resolve challenges proactively.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development where required.
• Ensure compliance with internal information security policies and governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally within ERP environments.
• Experience managing implementations for medium to large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong conflict resolution and team facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in a recognised project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum).
