Junior Business Analyst

Our client, a large industry player in Malta is looking to recruit a Junior Business Analyst to join the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st line support to all users
• Help in maintaining user rights and permissions
• Creating & maintaining induction training documentation
• Assisting in defining & gathering requirements for new projects as assigned, and once implemented help creating UATs and testing deliverables, ensuring that these are in line with requirements
• Assisting the IT Project Manager in working with business teams to define and implement timely solutions to business problems
• Participating in knowledge transfer activities
• Assisting the IT Project Manager in any ad hoc needs and/or projects as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the role or similar
• Have an understanding of ERP Solutions and respective processes
• Have a strong capacity in preparing and writing reports
• Have experience in testing methodologies and test case creation, maintenance and execution/verification
• Be able to successfully facilitate remote and face to face client meetings/training
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered as a great asset
