Business Analyst Team Lead

Our globally known client, a B2B provider for iGaming solutions, is on the lookout for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join their team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute effectively as a member of the Business Analysis leadership team, providing guidance and direction.
• Oversee team onboarding, activities, and capacity management, ensuring the right individuals with the appropriate skills are deployed efficiently.
• Manage team performance through goal setting, performance evaluations, regular one-on-one discussions, personal development planning, and other managerial responsibilities for direct reports.
• Actively engage in Business Analysis tasks, particularly focusing on CRM and Acquisition analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that can be analyzed, conducting pre-campaign assessments.
• Drive the team to consistently deliver customer insights and recommendations through post-campaign analysis.
• Provide assistance in developing predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and generating reports.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing business/marketing performance and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize data and analytic techniques to address business inquiries, offering fact-based responses.
• Demonstrate the value of analytical outputs in terms of enhancing decision-making processes.
• Educate business users and leaders on performance measurement techniques.

• Strong previous work experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire the support the team.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using SQL.

• An educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar would be an asset.
