Job description:

• Preparing technical procedures and delivering training.
• Monitoring and analysing technical reports.
• Generating reports and conducting data analysis.
• Troubleshooting issues and implementing timely corrective actions.
• Researching, proposing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Introducing and maintaining equipment within your area of responsibility

• Experience in a similar role is preferred, those with NOC experience will also be considered
• Proficiency in the SIP protocol
• Familiarity with Cisco equipment and/or networking
• Strong teamwork skills, a willingness to learn, and a results-driven mindset
• A good command of the English language
• A valid driving licence

• A degree-level qualification in ICT
• Qualifications in Networks would be considered an asset
