Systems Administrator

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join the IT team and play a key role in maintaining, securing, and enhancing the organisation's IT infrastructure. What you'll do

• Administer and support the organisation's Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage user identities, access controls, and endpoint management solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise IT infrastructure, systems, and services
• Ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant with business and governance requirements
• Support IT security initiatives, including vulnerability management and best practice implementation
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations
• Assist with IT audits, compliance activities, and governance initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver effective IT services
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes, infrastructure, and security

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in Systems Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a similar role
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with endpoint management and modern workplace technologies
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma Level 5 or equivalent professional experience.
• ITIL Foundation, Security+, or ISO 27001 awareness/certification is a plus
• ITIL Foundation, Security+, or ISO 27001 awareness/certification
• Experience with ISO standards, IT governance, or audit processes is beneficial
