Mobile Core Networks Engineer

Our client is looking to hire a Mobile Core Networks Engineer to be part of their team and collaborate with seasoned professionals in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Research, recommend, and deploy technical improvements to enhance network performance.
• Identify and resolve network issues promptly to maintain reliability and efficiency.
• Implement new hardware and ensure the seamless operation of existing systems.
• Use data analysis, system monitoring, and technical reports to assess network health.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
• Take ownership of key network-related initiatives, driving them to successful completion.

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with Ericsson mobile data core equipment and Cisco IP networking.
• Strong understanding of mobile data core networks, IP networking, and mobile protocols (GTP, SS7, Diameter).
• Experience in protocol tracing and troubleshooting.
• It would be an asset to be familiar with Linux environments and scripting for automation.
• A valid driver’s licence.

• Degree or Diploma in ICT , Networking or Telecommunication
