The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for the smooth daily operation of technology systems, acting as the main on-site contact for all IT matters. The role supports both guest-facing and internal systems, provides first-line assistance, and coordinates technical activities across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT contact on-site.
  • Ensure reliable operation of core systems.
  • Manage and resolve technical requests promptly.
  • Support system updates with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain Wi-Fi and network performance across the property.
  • Manage user access and uphold cybersecurity standards.
  • Support guest-facing systems (Wi-Fi, smart TVs, digital services)
  • Provide daily IT support across departments.
  • Assist with onboarding and system training.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of networking and Microsoft 365/Windows.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma/degree in IT or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Support
  • Located in Malta with local experience
