Chef Instructor

The Mediterranean Culinary Academy in Malta is looking to recruit a Chef Instructor to join their team on a part-time basis. 

Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate outgoing individual to help us deliver our cooking classes. The selected applicant would be a team player, have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction, and possess the right flair and creativity to deliver and teach classes.

Requirements:

• Teach culinary classes which have already been developed.
• Be able to work flexible hours from Mon-Sat.
• Provide professional guidance during classes.
• Excellent culinary skills.
• Knowledge of the local market, sustainable local products, local and international culinary trends.
• Is capable to develop and compile menu compilation and recipes.
• Team player.
• Work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Food handlers are a must and will be provided if not in hand.
• Good English communication, Maltese will be considered as an asset.
• A driving license would be beneficial but not crucial.
