Tendering Administrator

VJ Salomone Pharma is a specialist in Logistics, Distribution and Marketing of Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare related products, representing some of the world’s leading Companies. As part of our expansion and development programme, the Company is seeking to recruit a full-time Tendering Administrator.

This position calls for a detail-driven, deadline-focused individual who is ready to work in a dynamic atmosphere and meet the exigencies of a challenging and rewarding job.

The chosen applicant will be required to;

• Prepare, coordinate & submit competitive tenders

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements

• Track opportunities and support business growth

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has strong organisational and analytical skills

• Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

• Has 2 years’ experience with tenders, bids, or procurement

• Is confident, proactive, and detail oriented

Good command of written Business English is a must, as is excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office Excel.
