Project Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a motivated and hands-on Project Supervisor to support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and assign tasks using industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project cycle.
• Provide project updates, monitor progress and adjust as required.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work in a team, whilst being flexible and responsive to challenges.
• Manage a team of people.
• Support the management of multiple projects within the stipulate deadlines.

Skills required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory skills.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Capability to solve problems and set-backs to ensure project to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel and Office software including Microsoft Projects.
• Experience in furniture installations, tools and installation practices is considered a major asset.
• Valid B driving license
