Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Our client is a diverse and reputable construction company who requires an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities will include:
- Effective commercial control of all allocated projects including provision of timely and accurate documentation in accordance with the reporting timetable
- Cost estimate preparation
- Preparation of bid documents
- Establishing project costs including material and labour costs
- MEP equipment testing and commissioning
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, have excellent written and spoken English skills, be proficient in CAD and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
