Quantity Surveyor

arcform architects are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The selected candidate will assist with Quantity Surveying of Civil Works, Finishes Works and M&E Works, along with preparation of BOQ's for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of civil works, finishes and M&E works bills
• Preparation of civil works, finishes and M&E works estimates
• Measurement of various works carried out on-site by third-party contractors

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Malta
• Strong fluency in English
• Proficient use of AutoCAD and Spreadsheet software
• Experience will be considered an asset
• Maltese driving licence will be considered an asset
