Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team. The person will support the Warehouse Manager in the daily running of warehouse operations and deputises in his absence.

 The role oversees order preparation, dispatch, goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and delivery coordination while ensuring compliance with GDP standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Oversee picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor goods receipt, storage conditions, housekeeping, and stock handling.
• Coordinate stock counts, inventory control, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support compliance with GDP/GMP standards and company procedures.
• Handle returns, recalls, and quarantined stock processes.
• Maintain warehouse records and ERP system accuracy (Acumatica).
• Assist with staff training, guidance, and operational support.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and clients regarding logistics matters.
• Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems; Acumatica experience is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
