Our client, who specialises in the Retail industry, is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. The responsibilities include:
- Supervising the warehouse team and ensuring the team is performing well and up to standards set by the company
- Communicating job expectations to the team members
- Making sure the operational standard of the warehouse runs smoothly and effectively
- Plan the layout, reviewing regularly and identifying improvements needed
- Maintaining inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling and data inputting
- Ensuring high levels of Health and Safety awareness while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures
