Warehouse Manager

Within this role of a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational function of the warehouse and logistics function. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the warehouse team on a daily basis 
• Monitor the correct incoming and outgoing stock movement 
• Plan the delivery of goods
• Prepare the unloading and loading of goods
• Supervising the receipt of all incoming consignments 
• Assessing the storage space and implementing changes within the layout of the warehouse as needed - new stacking and redesign of layout if & when required 
• Stock Inventory - quantity and quality 
• Ensuring the H&S aspect of the warehouse is adhered to by all 
• Liaising with all relevant stakeholders - internally and externally 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehousing
• Experience in leading teams and delegating work accordingly 
• Excellent communication in both Maltese and English 
• Good knowledge of Computer applications 
• Approachable yet assertive
