Warehouse & Logistics Administrator (shift basis)

Our client who specializes in the aviation industry is looking for a warehouse and Logistics Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

• Regular reporting of work progress to the Procurement & Logistics Executive.
• Complying with and regularly revise, latest Section procedures.
• Assisting higher management, to maintain and develop section and company procedures.
• Processing of System and Maintenance requisition.
• Monitoring and follow up of restocking and maintenance-related orders with the suppliers and contracted freight forwarder..
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Carrying out Inventory Control, Stores Inspection/ audit, and stores transaction duties.
• General upkeep of all section equipment and tooling.

Shift Pattern: Day - Night - Rest - off for 4 weeks then Monday to Fri 7:00am - 3:45pm followed by another Day - Night - Rest - Off pattern 

• Willingness to learn more and accept formal and on-job-training on skills, knowledge and procedures, related to this Position Description.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Maltese
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communications skills

• A level in Maths, Physics or management subjects
• ECDL certificate
