Dino Fino Operations Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Keeper to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be primarily responsible for receiving, keeping, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities:
Checks all incoming shipments to stores and notes any variances or damages;
Receive, unload, and shelve supplies;
Prepare and load orders for customer delivery;
Handle additional stock-related tasks such as returning, packaging, and labeling items;
Rotate stock and arrange surplus disposal;
Communicates with all necessary personnel and contractual parties to guarantee delivery/installation timeliness and accuracy;
Order and store related consumables, such as packaging materials;
Delivery orders and/or assist in installations if needed;
Ensure effective record keeping and management of all documents to ensure correct stock levels and inventory control;
Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
Physical strength;
Inventory skills;
Clean driving license.

The “Home Division” specializes in home furnishings, whereas the “Contracts Division” specializes in custom-made furniture, office furniture, and other relevant business-to-business sales.
