The Warehouse Coordinator, reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and space limitations. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing stock levels and working closely with commercial managers, shipping departments and distribution supervisors.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the receiving’s & lifter operators’ teams
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of products to optimize space efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Oversee the receiving and incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Work closely with warehouse & distribution staff
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transfers, shipments, and discrepancies.
• Train warehouse employees on safety procedures, equipment handling, and inventory processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education & Requirements:
• Clean police conduct.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
Skillsets & Additional Requirements:
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
