Warehouse Administrator

A well-established client of ours is looking for a highly organized individual to join their team and provide administrative support to their warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
• Issue sales invoices and credit memos in relation to all the stocks inside the warehouse as instructed, ensuring the monitoring & accuracy of inventory and all warehouse records, including stock levels, orders, and shipments, and investigate any discrepancies to determine the correct course of action 
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures, undertaking and assisting in regular spot checks whilst ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse and personnel
• Mixi and stock PMS inks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• To direct subordinates in meeting their work objectives.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and the logistics department to communicate stock arrival, organize prompt delivery, and confirm that all company vehicles are garaged and properly secured at the end of the day
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance and activities undertaken as requested by the General Manager and assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• Candidates must be mature, organized, attentive and able to multi-task
• Candidates must be fluent in Maltese AND English

• O Level Standard of Education
• Previous, local experience in Warehousing/Logistics is a must
• Previous leadership experience is desired
