A new position for a Supply Chain Officer has become available to support the Supply Chain Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the supply chain operations. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Support the Supply Chain Assistant Manager in the timely procurement and supply of goods to the sales affiliates across markets, predominantly in Europe. 
  • Issue of Purchase orders to internal and external customers & 3PL partners 
  • Support the creation and goods receipt of Purchase orders pertaining to non-inventory items. 
  • Execute orders and invoicing and other related processes in the group’s ERP system (Oracle) 
  • Support the smooth supply of goods to internal and external customers, primarily other group affiliates in Europe. 
  • Maintain the filing system for all supply chain related documents. 
  • Support Inter-department collaboration to ensure excellent supply chain performance. 
  • Support initiatives for supply chain optimisation and process improvement 

Requirements:  

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English 
  • Previous experience within supply chain  
  • Pharmaceutical experience will be considered an asset  
  • Good planning and organization skills
