Supply Chain Associate

Motors Inc. in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Associate to join their team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview:
The role of the Supply Chain Associate is to assist the Supply Chain department in its day-to-day administration of ordering, shipping and registration of vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vehicle order submissions
• Following up on order status and ETA’s
• Reporting declarations of new registrations to our principals
• Internal and principal reporting
• Assisting brand managers in order requirements and status
• Coordinating with our shippers in having vehicles brought over on time
• Supporting the department in the registration and documentation of new vehicles
• Handling and recording documentation related to Transport Malta registrations
• Ensuring that all vehicles in transit are covered by the necessary relevant insurance.

Skills and Abilities:

• Analytical and procedural skills are needed for this role
• Organised and strong in documentation
• Good time management skills
• Ability to follow up on pending tasks and work in a team.
