Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Road Roller Driver to join our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of road construction projects. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of quality and safety on our sites.

- Operate road rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials for road construction and maintenance.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal compaction results.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while on site.

- Proven experience as a Road Roller Driver or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Valid driving licence and relevant certifications for operating road rollers.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
