We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stores Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and inventory management. As a Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and with experience in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods to production and other parties.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure stock levels are optimised.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions and loss prevention.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring all products are stored in the correct location
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company

Requirements:
- Valid Driving License (Categories B and C) and Forklift license.
- 5 years experience in warehouse management and inventory control,.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and quality standards
- Proficient in inventory management software (Preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
