Stores Coordinator

Job Description
Magro Brothers (Foods) Limited in Gozo, Malta is currently looking to recruit a Stores Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be of a positive attitude, be mature, energetic, and outgoing, has good communication skills and be conversant in computer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule the daily employees' duties
• Organize a time-planned schedule for the hauliers for the unloading/loading of trailers
• Be responsible for the incoming and outgoing goods
• Keep the computer system updated with the goods received and issued
• Ensure that products issued for loading are confirmed, and accounted for and that the relevant matching exercise is executed
• Responsible for the proper organization of the stores for quick and easy reference of the products while managing well a good FIFO system.
