Storekeeper

We are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic Storekeeper who takes pride on their ability to deliver high-quality standards. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this person will keep stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store. From receiving to managing inventory, this person will ensure safe custody of all store-related inventory.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company

• Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment 

• Manage the store layout

• Receive, upload and shelf all supplies

• Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods

• Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage

• Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement

• Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities

• Coordinate and handle freight and move of equipment

• Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store

• Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month

• Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order

• Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method

• Stock taking. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in a similar role. 

• Fair understanding of entire MS Office suite, especially excel.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Requires a candidate who can perform physical tasks, such as lifting inventories. 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in English language.
