Position Overview:

As a Storekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and supplies for our operations in the fuel, wastewater, and renewable energy sectors. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our stock levels, overseeing the storage of products, and supporting the seamless flow of materials within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system and conduct regular stock checks to ensure optimal stock levels, including management of the used parts section.

• Assist in the procurement of consumables and ensure that our technical teams are well stocked prior to onsite visits, and assist with the preparation of deliveries as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storing and handling materials.

• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status, stock levels, and order statuses.

• Organize the storage area to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to materials.

• Foster positive relationships with the technical team and suppliers to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics/supply chain management is a plus.

• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the fuel, water, or renewable energy industries.

• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse management.
