Beautimport Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an organised, energetic individual to join their team as a Storekeeper on a full/part-time basis.
*We are looking for candidates who are already based in Malta and in possession of a work permit.
Tasks include:
- Receiving and checking consignments, filing documents related to consignments
- Stacking goods and ensuring proper stock rotation
- Picking client orders
- Packing client orders
- Carry out periodic stock taking
- Notify management of stock discrepancies
- Regularly replenish shelves
- Keep stock in an orderly manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area
- General cleaning duties
- Production line work
- Assist with deliveries of bulky items
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- The job involves a lot of standing and regular lifting of moderately heavy boxes, so the candidate should be physically fit
- The candidate should be literate; proficiency in the English language is a must, and knowledge of Maltese is optional
- Candidates should be energetic, and able to work on their own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar work environment is considered an asset, as is knowledge of the hair and beauty industry.
Working hours:
- The post is a full-time 40 hours (Monday – Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-15:00).
