Store Keeper/Material Management Assistant

MostaTech Limited is currently looking to recruit a Store Keeper / Material Management Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store operates efficiently. This position reports to the Production Manager is responsible for the organization of material stock levels in various stores and providing general administrative duties.:

Responsibilities: 

- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing material stock levels in various stores.

- Responsible for sending and following up orders to procurement for refilling low level stocks.

- Daily maintenance of setting up the production material kitting.

 - Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.

- conduct regular verification of consumption levels and adjust re-order and stock levels accordingly

- Help prepare and process orders for delivery or restocking. 

- Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. 

- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and customer service. 

- Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels and discrepancies. 

- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures. 

Requirements: 

• Have a Level 4 standard of education 

• Have an excellent level of oral and written skills in the English language 

• Preferably have previous experience in logistics and material sourcing, ideally in the manufacturing or electronic sales sector. 

• Are computer literate with experience in the use of spreadsheets and word-processing programs as well as inventory and stock control systems 

• Preferably have 1- 2 years experience in a similar position 

• Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with sales of electronics components or have experience in the maintenance of an electronic components shop
