Store Keeper and Purchasing

We are looking for a Store Keeper with hands-on experience in the CCTV, Intruder Alarms and related services industry. The candidate will be working in a well-motivated team and thus must be a highly motivated team player.

The storekeeper shall be responsible for the below tasks, related to stores and purchasing functions:

• Monitor stock levels across the different warehouses, both physically and through the stock management system

• Prepare and organize equipment for projects, after-sales, and client deliveries

• Keep the company premises, warehouse and storage areas tidy and organised

• Handle stock for resale and verify incoming orders and returns

• Conduct regular and annual stock counts in all warehouse locations

• Manage urgent purchases both locally and internationally

• Assist with warehouse and office upkeep

• Communicate with local and international suppliers when necessary

• Work with freight forwarders on shipping deadlines and logistics

• Ensure all purchasing communications include the finance team.

• Manage internal procurement of tools, equipment, and administrative items

Candidate Requirements:

- General computer literacy, including proficiency in inventory management ERP software and Microsoft Office

- Experience in the safety and security industry is required

- Experience in inventory management and purchasing functions is considered an asset

- Organised and detail-oriented

- Effective communicator in English, both verbal and written

- Team player

- Capable of handling urgent requests

- Effective problem solver

- Able to assist with physical tasks and adaptable to various duties
