Stock Controller Goods Receiving Clerk

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Goods Receiving Clerk to manage the receipt, inspection, and accurate recording of all incoming goods and materials. This role is vital in ensuring stock levels are properly maintained, accurately logged, and stored efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
• Verify goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Accurately log and update stock records in the inventory management system.
• Label and store received items in appropriate locations.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the receiving area and stockroom.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock takes/audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to resolve delivery or stock issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is a must
• Knowledge of SAP
• Excellent level of English
• Currently based in Malta
