Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure continuity of supply.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and compliance with contracts.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures for management review.
