What is expected of you?
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to maximize efficiency
- Oversee production processes to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with staff to address operational challenges promptly
- Manage logistics for laundry pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely service
- Track inventory levels and production output with precision
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies on schedule
- Use sales forecasts to plan and adjust production schedules effectively
- Adapt production strategies to align with customer demand and seasonal trends
- Maintain regular communication with hotels, customers, and housekeeping staff to ensure satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and issues with professionalism
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold company standards
- Conduct product inspections and resolve quality concerns as needed
- Partner with management to refine and execute production strategies
- Train and oversee production staff to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare performance reports on production, inventory, and logistics
- Analyze operations data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
What are you expected to bring?
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in coordinating production and logistics
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
