Monitor and control procurement-related expenses within predefined financial budgets.
Ensure contracts are monitored to meet expectations, and invoices are approved and paid promptly.
Conduct spend and cost data analysis to identify potential cost reduction opportunities.
Adhere to procedures in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy.
Assist in any other responsibilities and duties necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the procurement section.
Provide support to the logistics function when necessary and contribute to optimising the cost of freight.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
Training will be provided to the chosen candidate
Advanced Diploma in Business would be preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with expertise in Excel
Proficient in Business Central or similar ERP system
