Logistics & Shipping Clerk

Our client is looking to employ a Logistics & Shipping Clerk to join their growing team.

Responsibilities: 

• Preparing of Licenses, Official Documents, Purchasing Requisitions in order to ensure an accurate and efficient importation and exportation of goods.
• Clerical tasks in areas of logistics such as
  • Production
  • Distribution
  • Inventory Planning
• Completing clerical duties concerning communication such as email correspondences and taking telephone calls
• Filing, scheduling meetings and dealing with 3rd parties

• Strong fluency in English and Maltese (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible and efficient
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Facilitates the receiving, storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively

• Minimum A'level standard of education
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
