Are you organized, precise, and a problem solver? Our furniture retail company is seeking a Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to clients.

• Book high-ups, lifters, and cranes for seamless furniture installations.

• Arrange appointments for repairs and handle customer care requests.

• Onboard and manage freelance delivery personnel and furniture installers to optimize efficiency during peak periods.

• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, repairs, and client communications.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient operations.

• Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and tact.

🕒 Position Details:

• Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

• Centrally located establishment

🧠 Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Maltese (written and spoken).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Polite, calm, and collected, especially when addressing client concerns.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges promptly.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software or CRM tools. Experience with Excel (basics) is required and previous knowledge working with Shireburn will be considered an asset.

• Exceptional communication and time-management skills.

• Experience in coordinating teams and managing freelance personnel is a plus.
