Logistics Corrdinator

Reporting to the Farsons Direct Manager, the Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse operations including stock receipt, storage, movement, and issuance using the WMS.
• Manage stock control and ordering to ensure accuracy and optimal availability.
• Oversee order processing from picking and invoicing through to delivery and returns.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes and schedules.
• Support and coordinate warehouse and logistics staff to maximise efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and drivers to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and security standards.
• Monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all deliveries are invoiced according to Company procedures. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 15:30/16:30). Overtime on occasions on Saturdays & Christmas Period. Paid as per law.
