Logistics Coordinator (South of Malta)

Our client within the manufacturing industry is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Managing and coordinating inventory levels
• Procuring any inventory and maintaining healthy stock levels
• Coordinating with delivery persons to maintain a healthy streamlined process
• Coordinating and procuring any processes with clients and stakeholders
• Communicating with third parties on maintenance and downtime
• Using the best tools in hand to prepare timely reports to all relevant stakeholders
• Performing any other administrative duties as needed including obtaining necessary schedules, forms and certificates 

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Proven experience in managing logistics
• Experience in customer service
• Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant fields will be considered an asset
