Logistics Assistant

Due to our expanding operations, we’re recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our Logistics Department on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and skilled in shipment coordination, documentation and maintaining effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules. 
• Preparing and processing shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes. 
• Tracking orders and monitoring shipment status to ensure timely delivery. 
• Communicating with suppliers, carriers and internal warehouses regarding logistics activities. 
• Maintaining accurate inventory and logistics records. 
• Resolving delivery issues and discrepancies in a timely manner. 
• Updating logistics databases and preparing reports on shipments and inventory. 
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, GDP and transportation regulations. 
• Supporting procurement and supply chain teams with administrative tasks.
• Supporting in ISO and Regulatory audits as needed.
• Identifying and escalating potential quality, regulatory or compliance issues to the Responsible Person

Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills Required:

• At least two years experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, data accuracy and the ability to work in an audit-ready environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent cross-company collaboration and coordination skills
• Experience within pharmaceutical distribution, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, compliance or GDP-regulated environments will be considered an asset
• Experience with SAP B1 will be considered an asset.
