Our client, a leading furniture entity, is looking to recruit a Customer Care and Logistics Administrator to join their growing team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
Process customer orders and confirm order receipt with suppliers.
Provide customers with updated estimated arrival times (ETAs) and shipment status for their orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure timely shipping and receipt of orders.
Schedule installation appointments with clients.
Follow up on installations to confirm the successful completion of all orders.
Complete all required administrative tasks to ensure professional handling of each stage.
