We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to our team. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic
  • Organize and file documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Process and track invoices and expenses
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
