A position for an Administration Coordinator is now available with an international manufacturing company. You will be reporting to the Sales & Customer Service Specialist under the Supply Chain Manager. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Checking material & capacity availability against customer orders & confirming with clients
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders - production team, suppliers and service providers
  • Implementing the company's environmental policies
  • Planning and coordinating the necessary shipment logistics
  • Dealing with any emergencies and complaints within a timely manner
