Senior AI Solutions Developer

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and improve knowledge management and client services. 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
• Build integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and modern integration technologies.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Ensure AI applications are secure, scalable, and compliant with governance and security standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement.
• Create reusable frameworks, components, and development standards to support future AI initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, enterprise application development, and system integration.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Located in Malta with local experience

Education and Experience

• At least five years' experience in software development, solution architecture, or AI solution development.
• Python, C#, and modern software development frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.
