.NET Backend Developer

Isoall Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a .NET Backend Developer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Backend Developer who enjoys building web applications and is comfortable with both front and back-end tools. In this role, you will collaborate with talented developers, product owners, and hardware engineers to create innovative technologies that enhance our customers' experiences. You will engage in all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting features that enable our mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to bring new features to life
• Analyze, design, develop, and implement RESTful services and APIs
• Modify existing programs, prepare test data, and write functional specifications
• Troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and identify potential areas for process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in C#, ASP.Net Core 6+, and Entity Framework
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Hands-on experience in web services, specifically RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of RESTful API design patterns, CQRS, Event-driven Design, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• 2+ years of experience building and delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure DevOps for development and deployment
• Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies
• Proficient with code versioning tools, like Git
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
