As the Java Development Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of Java developers, manage projects, and oversee the successful delivery of top-notch software solutions! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee a team of Java programmers, fostering collaboration and a supportive work atmosphere.
• Coordinate with diverse teams to grasp project needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Plan, develop, and manage Java applications and services using Spring framework and related tools.
• Conduct comprehensive code evaluations, offering constructive input to enhance quality and consistency.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical hurdles to maintain project momentum.
• Coach team members, sharing expertise and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay abreast of Java and Spring framework advancements to drive innovation.
• Advocate for best practices in software development, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
• Serve as a communication bridge between developers and management, providing updates on project status and achievements.
