Full Stack Engineer (React/Python/FastAPI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with React expertise to join our growing team working on navigation solutions. This role combines frontend web development using React with backend development using Python/FastAPI. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience building responsive web applications and RESTful APIs, and will collaborate with our AI engineers to implement innovative navigation features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js

• Create robust backend services using Python and FastAPI

• Implement location-based features and mapping integrations

• Work with MongoDB and Neo4j databases for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate routing algorithms and predictive features

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions

• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development

• Strong proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)

• Solid Python programming skills with FastAPI experience

• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles

• Experience with MongoDB and/or graph databases like Neo4j

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mapping libraries (Google Maps, Mapbox, Leaflet)

• Knowledge of geospatial data and location-based services

• Experience with graph algorithms and routing

• Understanding of CI/CD practices

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)

• Experience with testing frameworks for both frontend and backend

• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms

• Exposure to AI/ML integration in web applications
